ECI eliminated 14-15 crore population of India through SIR: Ex-CEC Quraishi

Ex-Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) SY Quraishi took a dig at Election Commission of India (ECI) over SIR. He sarcastically said, "I'd like to compliment ECI for completing a very difficult mission of eliminating 14-15 crore population of India through this exercise." He added, "I don't know how many illegal immigrants they have found, which was the main purpose of SIR."
