Why is Noel Tata opposing N Chandrasekaran's reappointment?

Tata Trusts chairman Noel Tata opposed N Chandrasekaran's reappointment as Tata Sons Chairman due to disagreements on the performance of certain unlisted Tata Group companies. The disagreement was also over the future vision of Tata Sons and whether the company should be listed in the stock market or not. Noel previously expressed reservations over Chandrasekaran's sustainability as chairman.
