A Bengaluru-based tech company is being criticised after its job opening for a role paying ₹25 lakh/annum went viral. The job offers ESOPs, 10% of base pay as bonus, ₹5-lakh relocation and signing bonus and ₹21,000 for a WFH setup for techies with 1+ years of experience. "Same company would pay less to employee with 5-8-year experience," a user said.
