Boeing plane loses speed twice on runway, takes off with just 91-metre runway left

A Vietnam Airlines Boeing 787-9 took off at Munich Airport with just 91 metres of runway left after its acceleration stopped increasing for two seconds during take-off roll. The plane finally took off upon reaching the take-off speed before its speed reportedly dropped again. The plane returned to Munich after circling for two hours, dumping fuel to reduce its weight.
