Reacting to Congress-led Himachal Pradesh government's order for all restaurants and food stalls in the state to display names and addresses of owners, Senior Congress leader TS Singh Deo said that he doesn't understand the logic behind the order. "Because Uttar Pradesh government took a decision during Kanwar Yatra, why do we have to name an individual's shop?" he added.
