A Tamil Nadu-based YouTuber named Irfan cut his newborn baby's umbilical cord at a Chennai hospital. He was issued a show-cause notice by state government's Directorate of Medical and Rural Health Services after he posted a video of his wife's delivery from inside the operation theatre. The directorate has also lodged a police complaint against the doctor.
