US Education Dept gets backlash for endorsing racist post on South Asian students
US Department of Education faced criticism after sharing a post appearing to endorse Republican leader Bo French’s racist tweet about South Asian students. The department posted image of football stadium in Texas with words, “MAKE COLLEGE FOOTBALL GREAT AGAIN.” French had earlier shared a photo of South Asian students cheering at a Texas University football game, calling it a "problem".
