SC to hear Punjab's plea against CBI probe order

The Supreme Court agreed to list Punjab's challenge against a Punjab and Haryana High Court order directing CBI to register an FIR into alleged corruption linked to CM Bhagwant Mann's office. The HC ordered the probe after state police failed to act on ED communications alleging Mann's OSD and others collected crores through illegal favours.
