The Hundred franchise Northern Superchargers was on Monday renamed as SunRisers Leeds. The Sun Group, which owns the IPL franchise SunRisers Hyderabad (SRH), had acquired a 100% stake in the Yorkshire-based team in February last year. "A new era begins. SunRisers is not just a team, it's a family, it's an emotion, it's passion," SRH co-owner Kaviya Maran said.
