Govt targets 100% pensioner coverage under DLC Campaign 5

The Department of Pension and Pensioners' Welfare (DoPPW), in a joint camp with Punjab National Bank in Delhi, called for 100% pensioner coverage under Digital Life Certificate Campaign 5. DoPPW Secretary Nivedita Shukla Verma urged digital adoption via face authentication, which lets pensioners submit certificates from home using smartphones, eliminating bank visits.
