A team from NIA and Rajasthan Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) inspected the HPCL's Pachpadra refinery, where a major fire broke out on Monday, reports said. The refinery was scheduled to be inaugurated by PM Narendra Modi on Tuesday, and the event was deferred due to the fire. NIA is reportedly investigating angles like sensor failure, manual tampering, and digital hacking.
