The Baba Bhide bridge in Pune is closed for a month and a half (till June 6) for Metro construction work on a pedestrian bridge. The bridge is a vital connector for thousands of commuters travelling between Deccan and central Pune. Authorities are expected to issue detailed traffic advisories in the coming days.
