Delhi High Court has allowed private schools in Delhi to hike fees from the April 2027 academic session as per the last proposed fee hike sent to the Department of Education. Schools can hike the fees at the beginning of an academic session without the government's approval. The approval is only needed for fees hike during the academic year.
