The Delhi High Court has dismissed Telegram's plea against the Centre's order, which banned the social networking platform till June 22 in view of the upcoming NEET-UG 2026 re-examination. The court said the government's measures are "least restrictive", noting that the order cannot be termed disproportionate. "The orders don't suffer from non-application of mind," the court added.
