Billionaire Gautam Adani and his nephew Sagar Adani are facing new hurdles in the ₹2,400-crore bribery probe against them. A US court has ordered the government to justify its weeks-old decision to drop charges against the duo, declining Adani's request to dismiss the case. It further called the government's statement to announce its dropping charges was "terse, bland and conclusory".
