Goa Police arrested Madhav Khattar, brother of YouTuber Gautam Khattar, from Uttarakhand for allegedly hurting religious sentiments with derogatory remarks against St Francis Xavier. Police said the speech which was delivered by Gautam was prepared and recorded by his brother Madhav to be broadcast on social media. A lookout circular has been issued against Gautam, police added.
