Hindu girls being converted in Pakistan, we raised this issue: US body's Pak-origin chief

US' Commission on International Religious Freedom's Pakistan-origin chief, Dr Asif Mahmood, highlighted issue of suppression of minorities in Pakistan and China. He said, "I have raised my voice for Hindu girls especially...Pakistan is trying to convert Hindu girls [to Islam]." "China and Pakistan have been recommended for Country of Particular Concern (CPC) status," Mahmood added.
