The US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) has sent buyout offers to its entire workforce. A CIA spokesperson said the move aims to ensure the agency is responsive to US President Donald Trump's national security priorities. The White House last week offered around two million civilian full-time federal workers to voluntarily resign and receive eight months' pay.
