Andy Burnham, who could likely be the next Prime Minister of UK after Keir Starmer's resignation, was in 2001 elected as an MP for the Greater Manchester constituency of Leigh. He has in the past served as Secretary of State for Health and Chief Secretary to the Treasury. Burnham recently resigned as the mayor of Greater Manchester.
