ASML, Europe's most valuable company, plans to offer eligible employees a bonus worth $22,838 (₹22 lakh) if they stay with the company between 2027 and 2030. The move follows similar retention incentives by Samsung Electronics, TSMC and SK Hynix amid a shortage of skilled semiconductor workers. ASML, which employs 44,500 workers, said terms of this grant ​are still being finalised.
