Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath visited the site of the stampede in Maha Kumbh Mela in Prayagraj, three days after the incident took place on January 29. At least 30 people had died in the incident that happened on Mauni Amavasya. A three-member judicial commission has been formed to examine what caused the stampede and submit report in a month.
