Pictures have surfaced online, showing guests attending the White House Correspondents' Dinner lying on the floor and taking cover under the tables after gunshots were fired at the event. The shooter, reportedly identified as Cole Thomas Allen, shot an officer at the venue before he was taken into custody, US President Donald Trump and guests were evacuated from the venue.
