FIR against Indore BJP mandal president over POCSO case

An FIR has been registered against Indore BJP mandal president Kamal Chauhan for allegedly misbehaving with a 15-year-old girl at a Garba event on October 15. Police invoked BNS Sections 74, 75 and POCSO Act. Chauhan has not been arrested. BJP's Indore unit issued him a show-cause notice seeking clarification within three days.
