India offers DNA profiling to ID Nepal flood victims

India will provide forensic DNA profiling facilities to identify victims of Nepal's August 26 flash floods. First-degree relatives in India can submit biological samples at CFSLs, SFSLs, and NFSU labs. Profiles are to be shared with Nepal Police via email. Over 5,000 people remain missing; at least 1,259 deaths have been reported.
