A lineman with the power supply department reportedly cut the power supply of a petrol pump in UP's Hapur. He reportedly did this after the petrol pump refused to refuel his bike as he was not wearing a helmet. A video has surfaced in which the lineman can be seen scaling a pole near the transformer and cutting the line.
