The Centre has introduced the anti-paper leak bill in Lok Sabha days after announcing the reforms following students' protests. However, the House saw uproar by the Opposition which demanded discussion on the violence and police action on students during last week's Parliament march led by CJP. The bill proposes up to 10-year jail and up to ₹10-crore fine for offenders.
