As Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah announced his resignation to his cabinet colleagues on Thursday, he reportedly also told them that he “will do what Rahul Gandhi asks.” Siddaramaiah added that he was asked to make way for a new face. He thanked his colleagues, saying, “You have all extended excellent cooperation till now. Good governance was possible because of your support.”
