Champat Rai, the former General Secretary of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, has blamed SBI for the donation theft at Ram Mandir. He said an agreement was signed with SBI without his knowledge, and he had rejected the agreement. Champat Rai claimed that the execution of security measures in the counting process was not strictly enforced at the temple.
