After seven people died due to water contamination in Madhya Pradesh’s Indore, at least 200 parrots have now died from suspected food poisoning in Khargone, officials said. Carcasses were discovered over past four days. Some parrots were alive during rescue operations, but toxicity of the food was so severe that they died shortly thereafter, District Wildlife Warden Tony Sharma said.
