South Korean Finance Minister Koo Yun-cheol met with envoys from Gulf countries to seek steady energy supply and security for vessels near the Strait of Hormuz. The minister asked the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) ambassadors to ensure steady supply of oil, urea, liquefied natural gas and other critical resources. The GCC envoys said South Korea is a "top priority" nation.
