Man pins woman doctor to ground, tears her shirt at hospital in Punjab

A man who had gone for treatment at the sub-divisional hospital in Punjab's Kharar allegedly assaulted a woman medical officer there, pinned her to the ground and tore her shirt, before vandalising the property. After around an hour of ruckus, the accused was overpowered and handed over to the police. All India Medical Students Association (AIMSA) has condemned the incident.
