Hezbollah chief Naim Qassem on Tuesday said the group's weapons arsenal will not be included in any talks with Israel. "Nobody outside Lebanon has anything to do with the weapons," he stated. Qassem's remarks come ahead of a third round of talks between Lebanese and Israeli representatives scheduled to take place in US' Washington on Thursday and Friday.
