Tsunami waves up to three feet have hit some Philippine coasts following a massive 7.8-magnitude earthquake on Monday. Philippines President Bongbong Marcos has urged people to go to higher ground to protect themselves from the tsunami waves. Agencies have issued tsunami warning for Indonesia, Malaysia, Taiwan, Japan, Guam, Papua New Guinea and several Pacific island territories.
