The mortal remains of former Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh are being taken to Nigam Bodh Ghat in Delhi. His last rites will be performed with full state honours at the public cremation ground at 11:45 am. The Centre has declared a seven-day state mourning throughout the country as a mark of respect to Dr Manmohan Singh.
