The bank account of a 36-year-old woman named Kashmira Sheikh was frozen after she found ₹99,99,99,997, just ₹3 short of ₹100 crore, in it. Sheikh was visiting PNB's branch in West Bengal to check whether a subsidy for her LPG cylinder had been credited when she learned of her balance. Sheikh lives in an asbestos-roofed house and does zari embroidery.
