The death toll in the collapse of a textile dyeing factory in Punjab's Ludhiana has risen to two, while at least four workers have been rescued. The rescue operation to locate one worker, who is reportedly trapped under the debris, is underway. Ludhiana Deputy Commissioner Jintendra Jorwal said that huge amount of debris was removed to reached trapped workers.
