Uday Kotak said India needs to improve its return on time investment (ROTI). "When we look at execution of projects in India...it has a 'Chalta hae' (it works) attitude...If you want to be a developed country with this kind of 'roti', it's tough," he said. "We have to move from parathas and kulchas to really thin, good 'rotis'," he added.
