The provisions of the US government's Sanctioning Russia bill, which proposes to impose 100% tariffs on India for purchasing Russian crude oil, have been released publicly. Apart from the tariff threat, the bill sanctions Russia's President Vladimir Putin, senior political and military leaders and oligarchs. It'll also sanction Russia's shadow fleet, which is used for transporting its crude oil.
