CEO throws boxes at employees & shouts 'I am the CEO', fined ₹2.7 lakh

The Carrbridge Centre was fined ₹2.7 lakh after its CEO, Matthew Gibbs, was found to have been aggressive toward employees. Liverpool Employment Tribunal heard that Gibbs frequently shouted, swore, and threw boxes at employees. In one instance, when employee Julie Mayes tried to intervene as Gibbs was shouting at a service user, he shouted, "I am the CEO," at her.
