Anthropic is finalising a $1.5-billion joint venture with multiple Wall Street firms, including Blackstone and Goldman Sachs, to sell AI tools, The Wall Street Journal reported. Blackstone and Hellman & ​Friedman may anchor the deal and invest about $300 million each. Goldman Sachs is also set to be a founding investor, expected to invest about $150 million.
