The Indian Embassy has released the names of 15 persons who lost their lives after a boat capsized in Vietnam. Ten of the deceased hail from Tamil Nadu, three from Andhra Pradesh and two from Kerala. The relative of one victim said he had travelled to Vietnam as part of a company-sponsored trip on July 8.
