What happens if there's a tie in the US Presidential election?

If Donald Trump and Kamala Harris both get 269 votes out of 538 electoral college votes, there'd be a tie in the US Presidential elections. A "contingent election" would then be held, under which each state's delegation gets one vote and a candidate must secure majority. The Senate elects the Vice President, while the House of Representatives chooses the President.
