Meta and BlackRock announced plans to develop and operate a $14 billion (over ₹1.3 lakh crore) data centre in US' Texas. BlackRock will own 80% stake in the venture and will finance $12.5 billion of its investment through debt. It will also contribute $4.9 billion in cash while Meta will contribute land and construction assets of $2.3 billion.
