India and Spain agreed to speed up technical talks on linking India's UPI with Spain's Bizum digital payments platform. The decision came during Union Minister Piyush Goyal's visit, where he unveiled the "10×10×10" Vision to boost bilateral trade, investment and tourism tenfold in a decade. Both countries also identified opportunities across key sectors, including automobiles and renewable energy.
