OpenAI has announced that it has closed its latest funding round with a $122-billion investment at a post-money valuation of $852 billion. Amazon agreed to invest $50 billion, while Nvidia and SoftBank invested $30 billion each, and OpenAI got $3 billion from big investors through banks. OpenAI is still burning cash and hasn't generated profits yet.
