A video is going viral on social media, showing huge potholes appearing on the ₹12,000-crore Delhi-Dehradun Expressway after rainfall. The expressway was inaugurated on April 14 this year. A man in the video showed his damaged wheel because of the potholes. "It took around five years to build, yet it hasn't even seen its first monsoon," an X user reacted.
