A technical fault in a newly opened zipline left a tourist stranded mid-air over a 3,500-foot-deep gorge at Sitakhai Point in Toranmal in Maharashtra's Nandurbar district. A video showed the tourist hanging from the cable as staff launched a rescue operation. A team member reached him using the zipline mechanism and brought him safely to a nearby platform.
