Exxon Mobil can sue Cuba over property seized in 1960, rules US SC

US' Supreme Court on Tuesday ruled that Exxon Mobil can sue the Cuban government for seizing its property under Fidel Castro's administration in 1960. Exxon's suit said Castro's government seized all their oil and gas assets in Cuba which were then valued at $70 million. The oil and gas corporation claimed the assets would now be worth over $1 billion.
