The Uttar Pradesh government signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with motorsport events and advisory company AVW Global to bring MotoGP race back to India. The agreement aims to bring MotoGP back to the Buddh International Circuit in Greater Noida. The last MotoGP race in India was held at the circuit from September 22 to 24 in 2023.
