Nipun Aggarwal and Vinod Kannan have emerged as the leading contenders to become the next CEO of Air India, Financial Times reported. Aggarwal, Air India's chief commercial officer, is a key architect of the airline's transformation strategy, while Kannan, an aviation professional, is former Vistara CEO. The search for CEO gained momentum after Campbell Wilson announced his resignation in April.
